三、科研工作簡(jiǎn)介
????主要研究方向?yàn)槎嗑S紅外光電探測(cè)器、MEMS光學(xué)濾波器研究。在多物理場(chǎng)建模與仿真、可調(diào)諧MEMS-FP濾波器、動(dòng)態(tài)光譜集成紅外探測(cè)器件制備與測(cè)試、光譜重構(gòu)成像數(shù)據(jù)融合處理等方面開(kāi)展了深入的研究工作。?
????作為項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人承擔(dān)了科技委項(xiàng)目、上海市自然科學(xué)基金、揚(yáng)帆項(xiàng)目等多項(xiàng)科研項(xiàng)目,并作為技術(shù)骨干參與多個(gè)國(guó)家重大項(xiàng)目。相關(guān)成果以第一/通訊作者在Applied Physics Letters,Infrared Physics & Technology,AIP Advances等期刊和會(huì)議上發(fā)表。
